eShop 2.0 Portal News and Announcements
We at TravelCenters of America have exciting news for you!
In the near future, we will begin transitioning from eShop to a new, modern service portal. This process is planned out to minimize any disruption in your day-to-day operations. More information will be coming shortly that will describe what this new portal is, how it works and what the transition process will look like for you.
The eShop News and Announcements page will continue to be updated, along with sending emails out to select personnel at each of our valued customers. We are starting this process a couple of months in advance of the start of the transition, to ensure that everyone has enough notice and enough time for any training and questions. Stay tuned for further updates!

Important eShop Transition News Update
6/9/2026
We’re excited to share that we’re moving from eShop to a new, modern service portal designed to provide a more reliable and streamlined experience.
What’s changing?
The week of July 13th, we begin the process of replacing our shop system and eShop. Starting then, select locations will transition to our new service portal. The first eight locations that are migrating are:
|
Petro San Antonio – 305 |
|
TA Spartanburg – 025 |
|
TA Cincinnati MM – 474 |
|
Petro Bordentown – 314 |
|
TA Cartersville – 146 |
|
TA Atlanta South – 268 |
|
TA Atlanta MM – 406 |
|
TA Greensboro – 002 |
What does this mean for you?
If you are servicing at a location that has migrated to our new system, you’ll manage your electronic work orders through the new portal.
For locations that have not yet migrated, you’ll continue using eShop as you do today. Initially, most locations will still be accessed via eShop. As additional locations migrate to our new system, you’ll gradually use the new portal more often until all of our locations have been migrated. This means that you will be managing both our new portal and eShop during the migration process.
We will share additional details, including timing, information, and training before the transition begins. In the meantime, if you have questions, please reach out to your Fleet Sales representative. Thank you for your partnership and support as we work to improve your experience.
