First 2 Hours = FREE
All vehicles receive up to 2 hours of complimentary parking before parking fees apply.
2️⃣ Fuel, Shop, Reserve
Qualify for complimentary parking through fuel purchases, qualifying purchases, or Reserve-It!
3️⃣ Validate
Before leaving, visit the fuel desk or store with:
✔ Parking Ticket
✔ Receipt (if applicable)
4️⃣ Exit
Use your validated ticket at the gate and you're on your way.
Disclaimer: Drivers who do not meet a qualifying fuel, purchase, or reservation requirement will be charged the posted parking fee upon exit.

Yes. The first 2 hours are always free.
Can I use UltraCredits® or Loyalty Points for qualifying purchases?
Yes! Purchases made with UltraCredits® or Loyalty Points still count toward parking validation.
Can I use UltraCredits® or Loyalty Points to pay the gated parking fee?
No. Without qualifying purchase, payments for gated parking fee must be made with cash or credit card.
Do purchases from truck washes, barber shops, and other on-premises partners count?
Absolutely. Just bring your receipt and parking ticket for validation.
No. Exit kiosks accept credit cards only. Cash payments must be made inside before departure.
My truck is in the shop for more than a day. What happens?
Guests with valid TA Truck Service work orders will not incur additional parking fees while repairs are being completed.
