2025 UltraONE kiosk updates are here. Our team has been focused on making our UltraONE Rewards kiosk experience more secure, simpler, and even easier to track and redeem points and credits. We’re excited to share our favorite enhancements with you!

Simpler login designed to protect your account

Gone are the days of managing and remembering passwords! We’ve replaced your password with a one-time passcode delivered straight to the phone number on your UltraONE account. All you need to login to your account is your phone number and a device that receives text messages. This includes smartwatches that can receive text messages via your UltraONE account phone number.

Not only is this more convenient, it’s more secure and is designed to protect your account, and the UltraCredits and UltraONE Points that you’ve earned!

More Flexible Point Redemption

We’re simplifying our user experience all the way down to point redemption. Our previous kiosks offered a rigid approach to point redemption. When redeeming points, the old kiosks sometimes required users to complete the point redemption process multiple times. For instance: redeeming $4 in UltraONE points required a user to redeem points in $1 increments – requiring 4 separate transactions and 4 separate printed coupons.

The new UltraONE kiosks allow you to redeem custom amounts. In the example above, redemption is 3x faster – allowing you to spend more time on the road and less at the kiosks!

Never Miss An Expiring UltraCredit & View An Expanded Transaction History

One of the most useful new features that we’re excited to bring to the kiosks is an expanded transaction history. When you login to the UltraONE kiosk, you’ll be able to access 30 days of transaction information. This includes fueling transactions along with UltraONE Point and UltraCredit transactions. You’ll be able to see what you’ve earned and what you’ve redeemed.

Best of all, we’re making it easy to view your UltraCredit balance. Not only does this include how many UltraCredits you have earned, the kiosk tells you when they expire. Keeping an eye on these details will help you make the most out of your UltraONE loyalty program membership!
