Sparks Iron Skillet
Check out the NEW Iron Skillet in Sparks, Nevada, I-80, Exit 21. The bar has been raised! You will be hooked the moment you try the smoked in house meats or experience the specialty seafood buffet. All USDA Choice steaks are hand cut, on-site then cooked over a mesquite wood fire for a taste that is a “cut above the rest”. You will taste the difference when you try one that has been cooked over a real wood fire grill! The menu features the best Smoked Baby Back Ribs and Brisket! Our chicken is hand-cut, then hand battered and fried golden when ordered. For breakfast, we make our own smoked brisket hash that is out of this world! The All You Can Eat buffets include Prime Rib, Seafood, Italian, Pasta Bar, Baked Potato Bar, and for breakfast an Omelet Bar.
