Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.  In addition, this Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send business information, ideas, concepts, inventions or other proprietary type of information to TA through our website.

Social Media

TA maintains an active presence on several social media sites. Any activity, posts, or comments about you or made by you on this site may be published, copied, and/or made available on social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter by TA without obtaining any further consent from you. Please read the privacy policies of those social platforms, because your TA website activity published on those platforms will no longer be governed by this Privacy Policy.

Changing or Deleting Information

All information that you provide to us is collected and stored at the time that you provide it. 

Children Under Thirteen (13) Years Of Age

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, do not send any information about yourself to us.

This website is operated in the United States. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

If you and TA do not resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury, all disputes will be resolved before a neutral arbitrator, whose decision will be final except for a limited right of appeal under the FAA. Any court with jurisdiction over the parties may enforce the arbitrator’s award. Any proceedings to resolve, arbitrate or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor TA will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. No arbitration or proceeding will be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected arbitrations, litigation or other proceedings.
