The guest had originally planned to stop, refuel and grab a quick bite, but instead, the experience boosted that guest's mood for the rest of the day.

"I can’t truly express how the little things really make all the difference. I wanted for nothing, felt at home and truly felt taken care of," the guest said. "Not to mention, she was able to also attend to the needs of at least half a dozen other guests at the same time and seemed to effortlessly give them the same high level of service."
