TA Tech Curtis Adams has earned 64 online and phoned-in compliments so far this year. That’s an average of more than one a week! How does he do that? He’s courteous and caring with every guest who stops at TA Prescott, Arkansas.

Courtney Murphy, Shop PCM, says Curtis has been with TA for 16 years and has always been dedicated. She adds that he communicates well with guests and cares about their wellbeing. “There have been times when a driver is here all day – waiting on parts – and Curtis will take the driver to lunch.”
