TA Whitestown greeting customers with high spirits

TravelCenters of America’s employees are truly wonderful, and especially in times like these, it is important to thank them for all they do.

The following message was received this week from a driver who visited the TA in Whitestown, Indiana:

“I normally don’t stop at TA, I prefer [another truck stop]. This morning I stopped at a TA in Whitestown to use the bathroom and grab a coffee and I have never been happier with a decision.

All employees were in great spirits despite everything going on and they even gave me a handwritten thank you card from the team for doing what we are doing as professional drivers. The manager spoke with me like I was his best friend and I see why all employees were so happy and in great spirits. This isn’t normal for most places especially truck stops and I wanted to thank you for people like that and places like this.

I will stop at TA more often and this one definitely whenever I am in this area. great great great”
