HQ Facilities and Office Services Team Thrives in the Face of COVID-19 Challenges

Like everywhere, the COVID-19 pandemic brought an entire set of new challenges at HQ. While TA leadership worked to establish 
protocols and procedures for the building, the entire scope of facilities operations was changed in an instant.

Dave Weybrecht, Manager, Facilities and Office Services said "the team" has consistently met the challenges that this pandemic has presented and always keeps the safety of our HQ team members as their highest priority.

"Neither Mike, Lori nor Ginny have the word 'no' in their vocabulary," Dave said. He can approach them with a request or a change in their daily schedule, and they always work to accomplish the task. They do the same with any and all interactions with team members. "I have said to them on many occasions that I can’t run this campus without them. To date, I have not found a thing Mike doesn’t know or can’t figure out and he’s passing that knowledge on to Lori, who is always willing to jump in and learn."

The team is small but they constantly are there for each other and always look out for one another.
