October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. TA and Petro’s Full Service Restaurants have purchased pink straws to bring awareness to the disease. With this purchase a donation was made to the Susan G Komen foundation. This campaign is used to increase awareness of the disease. Most people know of breast cancer, but many forget to take the steps to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage friends to do the same. So we will be pinking your drink all month long!
Also, stop by the store to pick up a wide array of Breast Cancer Awareness items such as hats, water bottles and so much more. Get a 3-Pack of Women’s Nitrile BCA gloves with a Work for Hope wrist band for $5. All of the profits will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
