  • Maintain a high ratio of return customers through great service

  • Hire, train, coach and build a strong cohesive working team
  • Develop your team members to acquire greater work skills
  • Champion and enhance the TA marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Achieve the financial targets with integrity utilizing TA guidelines
  • Open communication with your District Manager


  • Have at least 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Enjoy the variety of working various shifts, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Regularly work an energetic 50 to 60 hour work week
  • Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks
  • Be an example while working alongside team members in their work stations
  • Create a friendly and FUN work place for all to enjoy
  • Demonstrate the Marketing Skills to grow your daily sales volume
