Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Safety as Priority #1 for your team and customers
  • Assist your GM in leading your team with great customer service skills
  • Maintain a high ratio of return customers through great service
  • Help lead a team atmosphere that promotes TA as an "Employer of Choice"
  • Coach and develop employees to build a strong cohesive working team
  • Develop your team members to acquire greater work skills
  • Support your GM in executing TA marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Assist in achieving the financial targets with integrity utilizing TA guidelines
  • Open communication with your General Manager


  • Have at least 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Enjoy the variety of working various shifts, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Regularly work an energetic 50 hour workweek
  • Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks
  • Be an example while working alongside team members in their work stations
  • Create a friendly and FUN work place for all to enjoy
  • Demonstrate the Marketing Skills to grow your daily sales volume
