Chef Nevin Irvin is back with a zesty staple! We’re sharing a favorite that can be used in so many ways and we’ll even share an upcoming recipe using it.
Chef Nevin's Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 Cup Mayo
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- Pinch of Dry Dill
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Pinch of Ground Cardamom (Optional)
- Whisk all of the following ingredients together until well blended:
1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp parsley, pinch of dry dill, salt & pepper to taste and a pinch of ground cardamom (optional).
- Don't have buttermilk, sour cream or mayo? Add a little extra of the other two ingredients to balance out to achieve a good consistency.
