Inspections of used trucks and trailers are performed by TA Truck Service (a dba of TA Operating LLC) solely to report information about a truck/trailer at the time of inspection. A “Certified Used” emblem adhered to a truck/trailer means only that the inspection reflected in the inspection documentation provided with the truck/trailer was conducted. The inspections, while thorough, do not and cannot address every item on a truck/trailer, and serve only as a guide and aid in the inspection process. TA Operating LLC specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of the inspected truck/trailer and further disclaims any liability for any damage or defects not found during inspections.
