Security of Information
How Your Information Is Used
We do not provide personal information to third parties for their sale or use. We may, however, employ third parties to perform functions on our behalf such as, sending communications on our behalf, analyzing data, and providing marketing and/or customer service assistance. These third parties may have access to user personal information, to the extent that it is required in order to perform their duties. We may also disclose personal information at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and property or the property or personal safety of another user of the Website or any member of the public.
With non-personal information, TA logs IP addresses and domain names and aggregates them for system administration and to monitor the use of our Website. We use the aggregated information, for example, to measure the number of visits to our Website, the average time spent on our Website, the number of pages viewed and to monitor various other Website statistics.
We reserve the right to disclose, share and/or otherwise transfer user information, including without limitation personal information, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, consolidation, the sale of substantially all of the company’s assets, or other fundamental corporate change, whatever form it may take.

All information that you provide through the Website is collected and stored automatically at the time you provide it. If you would like to change the personal information we have in our records, simply request removal entirely of all information we have, and resubmit the correct information through the Website. If you would like to delete your email address from our Email Alert list, please unsubscribe from the Email Alert list using our automated system.
From time to time, TA may also request a verification of your email address in order to update the Email Alerts distribution lists we maintain. If you believe that you have been mistakenly removed from the Email Alerts list, please contact us.
Removal of Your Information From Our Website
TA will honor written requests to delete personal information from our system, such that the information is not accessible in the ordinary course of business. You should be aware, however, that due to the methods by which computer systems operate and data is backed up and stored, it may not be technologically possible to completely erase all records of the information you may have provided to TA. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. While it may be technically possible to retrieve deleted information, we do not do so in order to market to or send email to anyone.
